Email us at support@thumbx.app (replace with your real address before launch). Include your iOS version, Thumbx version, and a short description of the issue. For purchase problems, keep your Apple receipt or order ID.

Quick FAQ

Export size doesn’t match my template? Export offers sizes that match the current template aspect (for example Square → 1:1 only).
When do Cover Reminders fire? If enabled in Me → Cover Reminders, unfinished drafts usually notify around 10:00 AM the next morning, and not sooner than about 6 hours after the last edit. Exporting cancels that draft’s reminder. Reminders are local on your phone.
Where are my drafts stored? On your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes them unless you have a device backup.
Voice notes? Optional recordings attached to a draft. They are not turned into title text automatically.
Stickers look wrong? Import PNG files with transparency when you need a clear cutout. You can resize, rotate, and move stickers on the Drafts stage or in Edit.

Thumbx Coins

Coins are consumable In-App Purchases sold through Apple.
They can be spent on HD cover exports and Spec Sheet PDF exports as shown in the App.
Coin prices and pack contents are displayed in the Wallet before purchase.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms.
If coins are missing after a successful payment, contact us with your Apple receipt details.

Terms of use (summary)

You must comply with Apple’s App Store rules and applicable law when using Thumbx.
You are responsible for the photos, text, stickers, and audio you import or create.
Do not use Thumbx to infringe others’ rights or to create unlawful content.
The App is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features, coin costs, and templates may change in future updates.

Permissions overview

Photos — import stills / stickers; save exports when you choose.
Camera — capture portrait stills for covers.
Microphone — optional voice notes.
Notifications — optional unfinished-draft reminders (~10:00 AM next morning).

Safety & deletion

You can delete individual covers from Drafts or Library. Me → Clear All Data removes local drafts, media, and related preferences. This cannot be undone from within the App.
